Lim has over sixteen years of experience working with landmine action in Cambodia. He has specialized in data collection, analysis and dissemination of information on the accidents and casualties caused by mines and explosive remnants of war in Cambodia, with the information being used by the Cambodian government, international mine action groups and international governments. Lim works as the Program Manager for the Sports Diplomacy program in Kampong Chhnang and Pursat Provinces. He holds a Master Degree of Agriculture and Rural Development, and was formerly in the Cambodian Royal Army. Lim is known for his big smile and friendly nature and is happy to help the children of Cambodia.
