Rachel has a unique background of soccer marketing and the law. She is a lawyer by trade but prefers working as Spirit of Soccer's Country Manager for Laos and Senior Program Advisor. She has been to more FIFA World Cups than Pele and was a former professional high-diving clown who loved setting herself on fire. She can't wait to see the first Cambodian or Laotian women's team qualify for the Women's World Cup. She is an avid ultimate Frisbee player and white-water kayaker.
